Shipping and returns

HOMmega Productions will send your order to anywhere in the world by registered airmail.
Please allow 14-21 days for delivery.
If you don’t receive your order after this period of time please contact us as soon as possible.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the total weight (package included) of your order. During checkout you will be notify on the exact shipping fee you will be charged for.
note that in any case, ordering numerous items together is cheaper than making separate orders.

For orders of more than 5 items shipping is FREE!
Please do not send us requests for information on delivery status. Airmail behaves differently in every country.

Privacy Notice

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information you submit to our site, during the registration process or via e-mail, will not be transmitted to any third party without getting your permission first. Your personal details will be used only by HOMmega Productions in order to achieve the task of serving you the best way we can. From time to time we may want to notify you of exciting news, products and events. In case we do, you will always have the option to be removed from our mailing list.

Conditions of Use

The contract:
The purchasing contract is signed by an email from HOMmega Productions to the email account you entered during the registration process, containing the acknowledgment of your order. If you don’t receive this email soon after submitting your order, you should contact us as soon as possible.
By submitting your order you agree and understand the following:
1. You will be charged for the goods you specified in your order at the exact price that was published at the time you submitted your order.
2. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us no longer than 30 days after the delivery. HOMmega Productions will refund you for the price of the goods only if:
a. The product is untouched (wasn’t opened).
b. The product is in its original case/package.
c. The product is not missing one of its components.
d. The product is not damaged by any way.
3. You may use the product that you’ve purchase from us only according to all local and international laws.
Remember – all products at the HOMmega Productions shop are protected by local and international copyrights laws. Any violation of these laws may cause legal action by HOMmega Productions.
4. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of HOMmega Productions and is protected by local and international copyrights laws.
5. We put high effort and care to the description assign to the products in this site. In case you feel that you were misguided by any way, you may return the product to us under the terms written in article 2. However, HOMmega Productions does not warrant the accuracy of the product descriptions and in case you feel a mistake was made we urge you to write to us and help us correct it.
6. We do as best we can to keep the shop up to date. However, in case a product is not in stock, or can\'t be shipped for any other reason, we will notify you and cancel your order.
