Brothers Golan & Ohad Aharony assemble “mellow-dramatic alternative rave songs” as they claim with a big smile. Carefully tailored to satisfy audiophiles, critical listeners and those who are looking for more content, Sub6 have a leading role in pushing psytrance out of the deep acidic forests to the masses around the globe. Their fresh fusion of pop and acid music was attracting people from both ends and eventually became the main stream within the genre. After releasing numerous dance floor hits like “Rahe’ya” and “7th son”(feat. Michele Adamson), they released their debut album – “Who needs love songs”(2004), which is marked as a milestone in psy-trance music. Remixing tracks of top artists like Tim Healy and Astrix while their original tracks getting remixed by the likes of GMS, Shanti, Wrecked Machines, Ticon, Captain Hook, Zen Mechanics, Loud and many more made it very natural to go on live performances in massive clubs and events all around and set the world on a rampage demanding more and more of their magical tunes and as the saying goes “all good things come to those who wait”, we are promised a double pleasure of both a new long awaited 2nd album and a remix project to knock our brains out late 2012.
